The Fungal Records Database of Britain and Ireland - search associated organisms

Enter a search term for the Latin name of the associated organism. This can be right truncated, e.g. 'Quercus' will return all records for any Quercus species. The search is restricted to 4000 records (Fagus has over 3,500 associated fungi). Try and be specific, don't just enter a single letter!

The associated organism name is followed by the current name of the fungus, followed by the taxonomic hierarchy of the name. Click on a name to see any further available details - if none show the records are confidential and advice from the database manager should be sought.
